Business premises on London Road.
By August 2011 it was occupied by a hairdressers (Suave Living) on the ground floor and a barber shop (Precision Barbers) in the basement photo. The hairdressers had no sign at this point, but it acquired one by December 2012 photo. It changed its name to Suave after it got a new Connected Croydon shopfront in 2015 photo.
Suave moved to the basement some time in 2016 or 2017, and a juice bar and cafe called Snake & Mongoose opened in its place in August 2017; this was still there in December 2019.
