Huge retail unit in Centrale, with a frontage on North End. As well as its North End address, it's also Unit 1 in Centrale.

By May 2012 it was occupied by a branch of Debenhams; this was still there in December 2019. It had step-free access to all floors via a lift in Centrale.

As of March 2013 there was a cafe on the 2nd floor, offering hot and cold breakfasts, other hot food, prepacked sandwiches, and hot and cold drinks (with soya milk available).

As of April 2016 there was a branch of the Costa coffee shop chain on the ground floor and we weren't sure if the 2nd floor cafe was still there.
