According to a photo on Flickr, by July 2009 it was a fashion accessories and wedding dress shop called Bonita. This was still the case in May 2012 photo, but Bonita closed down some time between September 2016 and January 2017 photo.

The premises were vacant and stripped out photo as of January 2017. Still vacant as of March 2017, October 2017, and February 2018.

As of October 2018 it was still vacant but under refurbishment to become Triple Two Coffee, a cafe and coffee shop that was part of a small chain. This opened on 13 November 2018 and was still present in December 2019.
