Restaurant premises on Brighton Road. It was previously occupied by an Indian and Sri Lankan restaurant called Fushia, but this closed down some time in 2018 or early 2019.
As of February 2019 there's a sign up photo stating that an Indian bar, restaurant, and banqueting hall called The Hunters will be opening there soon.
