Business premises on South End.
By July 2012 it was occupied by an independent insurance advisers called Francis Townsend & Hayward photo.
As of October 2013 it was vacant and advertised to let photo. Still vacant as of April 2014 photo. Still vacant as of November 2014 photo.
As of February 2015 it was under refurbishment to open as a cocktail bar called Playground; this opened in June 2015 and was still there in December 2019.
