It was previously a suit shop called Italian Suits, but this closed down some time between August and October 2018.
As of July 2012 it was a discount shop called Clearance Store, but this had closed by December 2012 and been replaced by an American sweet shop called Candy USA photo. Candy USA closed some time between September 2013 and July 2014 photo. The unit was still vacant as of June 2015.
Some time between June 2015 and January 2016 a clothes shop called Kranti opened up photo. However, this had closed again by late February 2016. The unit remained vacant as of mid-May 2016.
A clothes shop called Italian Suits (or possibly Boss Italian Suits) opened up some time between May 2016 and January 2017, but closed again between August and October 2018.
