It was vacant as of July 2012, with signage indicating it was previously occupied by a business called MSC or Modern Sports Classics photo. Still vacant as of August 2012. In October 2013 it had signage indicating it was or had been something called Southend Enterprises photo. By April 2014, Southend Enterprises was definitely closed and the premises were being used as a private workspace; although the Southend Enterprises signage was still up, the person working inside told us that none of the advertised services were available.
