According to Google Street View, the occupant as of July 2008 was a branch of Evans Cycles. Evans remained there until late 2011, but in December 2011 the site was taken over by Albemarle Bond (who used to have a branch further up the road at [[60-62 London Road|number 60-62]] before it got burnt out in the riots).
