Business premises on Wellesley Road, previously a law firm called London Visa but vacant as of July 2015. Still vacant as of late September 2015. Still vacant as of January 2016. Still vacant as of September 2016.
As of August 2015, All Clear Dental Ltd had been granted planning permission to use the ground and first floors as a dental surgery, and signage for the business was up by late November 2016. Currently in the Whitgift Centre, this firm is relocating to Wellesley Road due to the impending redevelopment of the Centre.
As of July 2012, the frontage still read "kdesigngroup" (the previous occupants), but signs in the window photo indicated that an a firm of immigration lawyers called London Visa were the new occupants. According to a sign in the window in July 2014 photo, London Visa later moved to The Old Met Life Building, 22 Addiscombe Road, CR9 5AZ.
As of July 2014 it was vacant and there were bailiff's notices in the windows dated 17 June 2014: photo 1, photo 2. It was still vacant as of July 2015.
