Note: As of the start of August 2013, it's not properly open yet, and they haven't sorted out the sign on the facade either. When it does open properly, it will be called something along the lines of Accessory Exchange.
According to a photo on Flickr, as of 1989 this was Jo Jo's Designer Dress Agency.
As of May 2012 it was an estate agents called Arctic Finance and Estates. As of June 2013, Arctic Finance had closed, and there was shopfitting work going on inside photo.
