From 5 November 2014 to 2 May 2015 it was home to the Surrey Streatery <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/15503918440/ photo]</small>, a "food hub" housing half a dozen food-related small businesses. As of April 2015, the goods on offer included Goan, Mexican, West African, and vegan/gluten-free food, plus Goan groceries, juices, and coffee. Food was generally served in takeaway containers, but there was plenty of seating for eating in.
