It was previously occupied by a furniture shop called Tree Lounge, which opened in February 2013 but closed again in early 2014.
Tree Lounge opened in February 2013. As of early October 2013 there were signs in the window indicating a closing-down sale, and according to a member of staff the shop would indeed be closing down (and moving to Peckham) around the end of the month. As of January 2014 it remained open (though the closing-down signs were still there).
As of April 2014, Tree Lounge had closed, the interior had been stripped out photo, and there was a to-let sign in the window photo.
