Drop-in centre for homeless people on the ground floor of Bridge House on Surrey Street. It opened in February 2017.

The premises were previously occupied by a furniture shop called Tree Lounge photo, which opened in February 2013. As of early October 2013 there were signs in the window indicating a closing-down sale, and according to a member of staff the shop would indeed be closing down (and moving to Peckham) around the end of the month. As of January 2014 it remained open (though the closing-down signs were still there).

As of April 2014, Tree Lounge had closed, the interior had been stripped out photo, and there was a to-let sign in the window photo.

The premises were vacant and advertised to let photo of sign as of April 2014, and still vacant as of July 2014.

From 5 November 2014 to 2 May 2015 it was home to the Surrey Streatery photo, a "food hub" housing half a dozen food-related small businesses. The official launch was on 5 November 2014 and the project was scheduled to run for six months; the last day was 2 May 2015.

As of April 2015, the goods on offer included Goan, Mexican, West African, and vegan/gluten-free food, plus Goan groceries, juices, and coffee. Food was generally served in takeaway containers, but there was plenty of seating for eating in.

Existence last checked in December 2019.
