Hair and beauty shop on London Road. Wigs, hair accessories including hairbands and hairbrushes, etc.
According to a photo on Flickr, as of 1989 the premises were occupied by a furniture shop called Heritage Pine, and before that by a branch of Halfords.
As of December 2011 it appeared to be two separate shopfronts, with Ideal Discounts photo on the left and Ideal Beauty photo on the right, but internally it was a single shop. The left-hand frontage advertised "electrical appliances, hardware, DIY, [...] kitchenware, bed linen, bedding accessories, gift items", but as of May 2013 these were not in evidence inside, except for a tiny selection of household items tucked away on one wall.
By early 2014 the signs for Ideal Discounts had been painted over.
