Business premises on Church Street, vacant as of March 2014.

The premises were previously occupied by a fishmongers called Fresh Sea Food City, which opened some time between mid-February and mid-May 2013 but had closed again by late March 2014.

According to a photo on Flickr (most easily visible at original size), as of c. 1985 the premises were occupied by a shop called Cavendish Cards.

At some later point it was a children's clothes shop called Rub-A-Dub photo.

It was vacant and advertised to let (but under offer) as of early December 2012. It was still vacant as of mid-February 2013, but according to the estate agent's website it had been let, and indeed there seemed to be building work going on inside photo.

Fresh Sea Food City had opened by mid-May 2013.
