Hairdressers on Church Street. It opened some time between late March and early July 2014.
According to a photo on Flickr (most easily visible at original size), as of c. 1985 the premises were occupied by a shop called Cavendish Cards.
At some later point it was a children's clothes shop called Rub-A-Dub photo.
It was vacant and advertised to let (but under offer) as of early December 2012. It was still vacant as of mid-February 2013, but according to the estate agent's website it had been let, and indeed there seemed to be building work going on inside photo.
A fishmongers called Fresh Sea Food City opened some time between mid-February and mid-May 2013, but closed again by late March 2014 photo.
