Business premises on London Road. This building was occupied by a branch of Albemarle Bond pawnbroker photo until being burnt out in the August 2011 riots photo.
As of November 2013, shopfitting work is going on inside photo, and there's a planning application in for new signage reading "White Sands" (see PDF).
