Business premises on London Road. This building was occupied by a branch of Albemarle Bond pawnbroker photo until being burnt out in the August 2011 riots photo.

As of November 2013, shopfitting work is going on inside photo, and there's a planning application in for new signage reading "White Sands" (see PDF). According to the Cradick Retail website, White Sands will be a nail spa.

One previous occupant of the site was Bowman pawnbrokers/jewellers photo.

As of January 2012, the premises were vacant and covered in scaffolding photo. The scaffolding had gone by August 2012, though there were still boards up photo. As of November 2012, the boards had gone and the premises were advertised to let.
