It was previously a recruitment agency called Reed photo, but this closed some time between February 2015 and July 2015 photo.
It was still vacant as of late September 2015, January 2016, May 2016, September 2016, January 2017, March 2017, October 2017, February 2018, June 2018, October 2018, December 2018, and March 2019.
As of March 2019, planning permission had been granted for a chicken shop called Pepe's Piri Piri, but as of early May there were no signs of this yet. By early July signage for Pepe's had gone up.
