It's not clear if Technoestates is open yet.

Business premises on Church Street, vacant as of early December 2012. Still vacant as of November 2014. Still vacant as of April 2015.

It was previously occupied by Simman Solicitors photo, but they moved to South End in June 2012; see photo of signs in window from a couple of months later. Around the start of September, the shutters on the shop were decorated as part of an art project (pictured).

According to a photo on Flickr, as of December 1990 the premises were occupied by a business called C W Brown (Neat Homes Ltd).
