Business premises on Church Street, vacant as of early December 2012. Still vacant as of November 2014. Still vacant as of April 2015.

As of August 2015, the left-hand side of the premises had signage for a company called Technoestates photo, and the right-hand side was under renovation photo.

As of December 2015, it wasn't clear if Technoestates was open yet. The other side was still under refurbishment, but looked nearly ready to open; according to a person inside as of this month, it was due to become an independent estate agency.

As of March 2018, the Technoestates sign is still up on the left-hand side, but every time we've gone past the shutter has been down; and the right-hand side has acquired signage for Bentley Benson & Co accountant and tax advisors photo but again the shutter has always been down when we've gone past.

According to a photo on Flickr, as of December 1990 the premises were occupied by a business called C W Brown (Neat Homes Ltd).

By December 2011 the double property was occupied by Simman Solicitors photo, but they moved to South End in June 2012; see photo of signs in window from a couple of months later. Around the start of September 2012, the shutters on the shop were decorated as part of an art project photo.
