As of August 2015, the left-hand side of the premises had signage for a company called Technoestates <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/20686549060/ photo]</small>, and the right-hand side was under renovation <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/20881826301/ photo]</small>. As of December 2015, it wasn't clear if Technoestates was open yet. The other side was still under refurbishment, but looked nearly ready to open; according to a person inside as of this month, it was due to become an independent estate agency. As of March 2018, the Technoestates sign is still up on the left-hand side, but every time we've gone past the shutter has been down; and the right-hand side has acquired signage for Bentley Benson & Co accountant and tax advisors <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/40984942512/ photo]</small> but again the shutter has always been down when we've gone past. |

By December 2011 the shop was occupied by Simman Solicitors <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/6881090375/ photo]</small>, but this moved to [[Simman Solicitors, 83 South End|83 South End]] in June 2012; see [https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/7822367266/ photo of signs in window] from a couple of months later. Around the start of September 2012, the shutters on the shop were decorated as part of an art project <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/7991087038/ photo]</small>. The premises were vacant as of December 2012, November 2014, and April 2015. By August 2015 signage for a company called Technoestates had appeared <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/20686549060/ photo]</small>, but the shutter was always down when we went past, until in October 2018 we finally caught it open. According to a manager in December 2019, Technoestates was in existence in Croydon prior to 2011, but shut down during the riots of that year; the owner then had trouble getting it up and running again so handed it over to the present management in September 2018. |
