As of August 2015, the left-hand side of the premises had signage for a company called Technoestates <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/20686549060/ photo]</small>, and the right-hand side was under renovation <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/20881826301/ photo]</small>. As of December 2015, it wasn't clear if Technoestates was open yet. The other side was still under refurbishment, but looked nearly ready to open; according to a person inside as of this month, it was due to become an independent estate agency. As of March 2018, the Technoestates sign is still up on the left-hand side, but every time we've gone past the shutter has been down; and the right-hand side has acquired signage for Bentley Benson & Co accountant and tax advisors <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/40984942512/ photo]</small> but again the shutter has always been down when we've gone past. |

Around the start of September 2012, the shutters on the shop were decorated as part of an art project <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/7991087038/ photo]</small>. The premises were vacant as of December 2012, November 2014, and April 2015. As of August 2015, the premises had been split into two shops again, and this one had signage for a company called Technoestates <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/20686549060/ photo]</small>. As of December 2015, it still wasn't clear if Technoestates was open yet. The shutter was always down when we went past, until in October 2018 we finally caught it open. |
