According to a photo on Flickr, as of c. 1985 the occupant of the premises was a branch of Manfield shoe shops.
By December 2011 it was a branch of Phones 4 U photo. However, Phones 4 U went into administration in September 2014, and all its stores were closed. See photograph of sign in window.
By June 2015 it was a branch of Vodafone.
