Beauty supplies shop on London Road, also home of West Croydon Post Office.
It has one external cashpoint which doesn't charge for withdrawals (installed in early 2013, after the photo on this page was taken). However, as of mid-August 2013 the cashpoint has been out of action for some time, and the staff don't know when it will be fixed.
According to a photo on Flickr, it's been a post office since at least c. 1985.
