Retail unit on the lower level of the Whitgift Centre, vacant as of March 2019.
It was previously a clothes shop called Yaz, but this closed down some time between August 2018 and March 2019.
The premises were still vacant as of early January 2016. By late February 2016 a clothes shop called The Market Boutique had opened up, but this had closed again by May 2016 photo.
As of November 2016 it was being used as a pop up shop under the name #popupcroydon, with various small businesses selling items such as DVDs, clothes, jewellery, and homewares, but this came to an end on 21 December 2016.
The unit was still vacant as of April 2017 photo.
Some time between April 2017 and August 2018, clothes shop Yaz, which had previously been on the upper level in Unit 1032, moved down here. This closed again by March 2019.
