The premises were still vacant as of early January 2016. By late February 2016 a clothes shop called The Market Boutique had opened up, but this had closed again by May 2016 <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/27096469576/ photo]</small>. As of November 2016 it was being used as a pop up shop under the name #popupcroydon, with various small businesses selling items such as DVDs, clothes, jewellery, and homewares, but this [https://twitter.com/PopCroydon/status/811530241462124544 came to an end] on 21 December 2016.
