Business premises on St George's Walk, vacant as of August 2017. Still vacant as of October 2017 and June 2018.
It was previously a greasy-spoon cafe called Piccolino's Snack Bar, but this closed down at the end of July 2017 photo of notice. According to the Croydon Advertiser, the closure was due to loss of custom after Fairfield Halls and its associated car park closed for refurbishment.
According to a photo on Flickr, as of c. 1980 the premises were occupied by a cafe called something along the lines of "The Panino Bar".
