Multi-use building on the corner of George Street and Wellesley Road.
As of December 2019 the only ground-floor occupant is CeX Entertainment Exchange; the corner frontage is vacant, having last been occupied by a branch of the Halifax.
As of the same month, there's a dental surgery called Dental Solutions on the first floor; a member of staff told us that it had been there for around 10 years and before that it was at 38a George Street. Ideas of the other occupants can be gained from photos of a notice by the door and a notice by the lift.
