Further and higher education college near East Croydon Station and Fairfield Halls.

It also incorporates a restaurant and coffee bar ("Chef's") run by hospitality students and open to the public. It was previously open relatively frequently, but as of 2019 seems to only be open once a term.

Accessibility: Step-free entrance to restaurant/coffee bar via a ramp at the Park Lane entrance. Also step-free to the accessible toilet.
