Business premises on South End.
By August 2011 it was occupied by a Tex-Mex restaurant called Conchitas photo, but this closed some time between August 2012 and January 2013, with the staff and menu moving over to Apatura across the road (which was already under the same ownership).
As of January 2013 the premises were vacant and advertised to let photo, and this remained the case as of July 2013 photo. Still vacant as of October 2013.
As of April 2014 it was under refurbishment. A Italian restaurant called Tre Fratelli opened in May or June 2014, and was still there in December 2019.
