As of March 2018, it had acquired signage for Bentley Benson & Co accountant and tax advisors <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/40984942512/ photo]</small>, but the shutter was always down when we went past. In October 2018 we saw activity inside but didn't check whether this was actually Bentley Benson & Co. In December 2018 the Bentley Benson signage was still up but there were also decals on the windows for Nia Housing and Delamove <small>[https://www.flickr.com/photos/kake_pugh/31304000807/ photo]</small>. When we knocked on the door in December 2019, the person inside told us that it was the head office of Nia Housing. |

According to a photo on Flickr, as of December 1990 the premises were occupied by Tots Off Licence.
By December 2011 this, along with number 107 next door, was occupied by Simman Solicitors photo, but they moved to South End in June 2012; see photo of signs in window from a couple of months later. Around the start of September 2012, the shutters on the shop were decorated as part of an art project photo.
The premises were vacant as of December 2012, November 2014, and April 2015.
As of August 2015, the premises had been split into two shops again, and this one was under renovation photo. As of December 2015, according to a person inside it was due to become an independent estate agency. We aren't sure when or whether this opened.
