Theatre space on the lower level of the Whitgift Centre. As of mid-2018 it's run by theatre company Zoo Co under the name Theatre on the High Street; this project is due to run until the end of July.

The unit was vacant as of May 2012 photo, and remained vacant until at least September 2013.

By around January 2014 it was occupied by an artist's studio called Elements of Transformation photo, with Hale Man as the artist in residence. This remained until some time between January 2017 and May 2018.
