According to a photo on Flickr, as of 1969 the premises were occupied by a business called something along the lines of Hearn (or Mearn) & Sons (most easily visible at original size).
As of c. 2004, the occupant was a greasy spoon called Andy's Cafe.
Accessibility: A step to get in. Another two steps up and one step down to get to the toilets.
