According to a photo on Flickr, as of 1989 the premises were occupied by a shop called Alan Ross Sports.

According to Google Street View, by July 2008 the occupant was a Chinese medicine shop called Herbs & Acupuncture photo; this closed in mid-2012, and the premises were boarded up by the end of August photo. H&T Pawnbrokers opened on the site in September or October 2012.
