American bar and grill on the corner of Church Street and Old Palace Road. It opened in December 2012.
Note: There was a serious fire at the premises in late January 2014, causing damage to the pub photo. As of late February 2014, a sign in the window photo states that it is closed until further notice.

The building was previously occupied by a pub called the Gun photo, but this closed some time in the latter half of 2012, and by early December signs had appeared in the windows photo advertising the forthcoming opening of Big Mamma.

Accessibility: No steps to get in. Step-free to the bar, toilets, and most of the seating once you're in. Some of the seating is on a dais, up one step. All seating is in booths with fixed banquettes.
