Business premises on the corner of Dingwall Road and George Street, near East Croydon Station, vacant as of October 2018.
As of March 2019, it's still vacant (and boarded up), but Nando's have been granted planning permission to convert it to a restaurant.
It was previously a branch of Lloyds TSB photo, which rebranded to Lloyds Bank some time between June and October 2013. However, this closed down some time between July and October 2018 photo of notice. According to Google Street View, it had been a bank since at least August 2008 (under the name Lloyds TSB).
