According to the Croydon Advertiser, it's due to become a branch of Caffe Nero.
It was previously an off licence and convenience store called Whistlestop, but this closed down some time between September 2016 and June 2017. As of May 2012, the frontage advertised beer, wine, spirits, sandwiches, cold drinks, snacks, groceries, and tobacco. It also sold flowers. As of June 2017 it's been completely stripped out inside and the Whistlestop signs have vanished photo.
