Business premises on North End, currently vacant.
In August 2012, the shoe shop chain Soletrader were granted planning permission for shopfront alterations at the site (see PDF of the proposed shopfront). Soletrader previously had a branch a little further along North End at numbers 129-131.
As of October 2012, building work is going on inside, so it seems the new shop may be opening soon.
According to a photo on Flickr, as of c. 1985 the premises were occupied by a shop called Jeanie.
It was vacant and advertised to let between December 2011 and May 2012, at least.
