As of mid-December 2012, there's some form of comics shop in operation here photo. We're not sure if this is a permanent operation (they haven't installed a sign, nor made any other changes to the frontage), nor do we know if they're connected with A Place In Space across the road.

The previous occupant was a domestic appliances shop called Gas Homes, but "closing down" signs appeared during August 2012 photo and according to the Croydon Advertiser it closed for good on 25 August.
