"Food hub" on the ground floor of Bridge House on Surrey Street, housing half a dozen food-related small businesses. The official launch was on 5 November 2014.
As of November 2014, the goods on offer include Goan, Mexican, and South American food and groceries, as well as baked goods, smoothies, and coffee.

It was previously occupied by a furniture shop called Tree Lounge photo, which opened in February 2013. As of early October 2013 there were signs in the window indicating a closing-down sale, and according to a member of staff the shop would indeed be closing down (and moving to Peckham) around the end of the month. As of January 2014 it remained open (though the closing-down signs were still there).
As of April 2014, Tree Lounge had closed, the interior had been stripped out photo, and there was a to-let sign in the window photo.
The premises were vacant and advertised to let photo of sign as of April 2014, and still vacant as of July 2014.
