It was previously an education and training centre called Excel Education, but in August or September 2018 this moved to Office 112, Lansdowne Building, 2 Lansdowne Road due to redevelopment of the entire block photo of notice. By December 2019 it was at 12b Suffolk House on George Street.
It was previously an Italian and Spanish tapas restaurant called Mamma Mia photo; this had closed by March 2013, with a bailiff's notice photo posted on the door. The premises remained vacant until at least October 2013.
