As of August 2012 the premises were vacant, with signage indicating that a "Mexican grill" called Mexway would be opening there soon photo; from the branding, this appears to be the same Mexway as the one at the Boxpark popup mall in Shoreditch. Mexway is still not open as of October 2012, though a proper sign is now up and the opening date seems to be getting closer.

The premises were previously occupied by a hairdressers called Ice Hair Designers photo, which closed some time between February and August 2012; a sign in the window photo stated that all the stylists have moved across the road to Rush Hair.
