As of August 2015, the left-hand side of the premises has signage for a company called Technoestates photo, and the right-hand side is under renovation photo.

As of December 2015, it's not clear if Technoestates is open yet. The other side is still under refurbishment, but looks nearly ready to open; according to a person inside as of this month, it will be an independent estate agency.

According to a photo on Flickr, as of December 1990 the premises were occupied by a business called C W Brown (Neat Homes Ltd).

By December 2011 the double property was occupied by Simman Solicitors photo, but they moved to South End in June 2012; see photo of signs in window from a couple of months later. Around the start of September 2012, the shutters on the shop were decorated as part of an art project photo.
